Special Event Rates

We offer limited, special rates for those attending the following special events during the summer of 2010. Limited to online bookings only, according to the conditions noted below.

UT Graduation 2010 - May 20-22, 2010
ROT Rally 2010 - June 10-13, 2010

If you qualify and would like to book a reservation for any of these special rates, first check availability online via Webervations. When making your reservation request, you must let us know the special event that you are attending in order to qualify for our special event rate (see NOTE below).

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No deposit is required. However, any cancellation must be made at least 48-hours prior to your confirmed arrival date (i.e., by 3:00pm 2 days before your scheduled arrival date) in order to avoid a one-night stay charge.

Other events - If you are coordinating (or planning to attend) a special event during the summer of 2010 and would like us to consider offering special rates for attendees, please let us know by calling (512) 472-6717.

UT Graduation, May 20-22, 2010 - Welcome to friends and family of University of Texas at Austin Graduates. If you need a place to stay for May 2010 graduation ceremonies, our inn is within a short walking distance to UT. View Google map.

We are now offering a limited, special UT Grad 2010 rate (Thursday through Saturday nights) for the weekend of May 20 to May 22. Rates include a hearty breakfast, served in the common area each morning.

** 3-Suite Twin Shared Bath must be reserved by, and paid for, by one party in order to receive the $165.00 rate for all three rooms. Otherwise, each twin room can be booked individually at the special $69.00 rate.
