Special Packages

We offer a variety of Special Packages at discounted rates for groups and long-term guests. If you would like to book a reservation for these special rates, please make your reservation request online, or contact us at (512) 472-6717.

From time to time, based on availability, we also offer limited specials for Special Events.

Limited Offer for Parents: Are you looking for an apartment for your son or daughter in the west campus area of UT? Ask about how to get one night's stay paid for by The Quarters on Campus apartments.

Ready to Book Online? If you would like to book a reservation for any of these special packages, first check availability online via Webervations. When making a reservation request for multiple rooms, you will need to make each room request individually. For either group or long-term stay packages, please specify Group Rate or Long-Term Stay in the special requirements field.

Payment Policy. A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. No deposit is required. However, any cancellation must be made at least 48-hours prior to your confirmed arrival date (i.e., by 3:00pm 2 days before your scheduled arrival date) in order to avoid a one-night stay charge. For long-term stays, the cancellation period may be longer than 48 hours, so be sure to check your confirmation email for details. In addition, payment will need to be made at least weekly, unless pre-payment (in part or in full) is made upon check-in.

Group Packages - for parties reserving a group of 5 or more rooms, with a 2-night minimum. Perfect for small weddings and family reunions.
